The problem with ordinary thermostats
A typical villa has 8–15 thermostats, each set to a different temperature and left running when nobody is home. In the UAE, cooling is the biggest part of the electricity bill for most of the year, so this waste adds up quickly.
What smart climate control does
- One place for all units. See and set every room from the app or a wall panel.
- Pre-cooling. Start cooling the living room and bedroom 30 minutes before you land or leave the office.
- Window and door logic. Open the terrace door — the AC in that room pauses instead of cooling the garden.
- Away and holiday modes. Empty rooms are kept at a safe setback temperature that prevents humidity and mould, not switched off completely.
- Combined with shades. Closing the shades on the sunny façade reduces the load before the AC has to fight it.

Does it work with district cooling?
Yes. Fan coil units connected to district cooling are controlled the same way, and reducing unnecessary cooling lowers your consumption charges.
Can I limit how low the temperature is set?
Yes. You can set limits per room — useful for children's rooms, maids' rooms or rental properties.
