This policy explains how the operator of automatedhome.ae ("we", "us") processes personal data of website visitors. We follow the principles of the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What data we collect
- Data you send us: name, phone number, email, emirate, property type, project stage, preferred contact channel and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page from which the form was sent and advertising campaign tags (UTM).
- Analytics: anonymous statistics about visits collected by Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics, which use cookies. Yandex Metrica may record anonymised session replays to help us improve the website.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request through the channel you selected and prepare a proposal;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse;
- to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the checkbox in the form, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Who receives the data
Requests are delivered to our team by email and through the Telegram messenger. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Service providers (hosting, email, messaging, analytics) process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not result in a project are kept for up to 24 months; project correspondence is kept for the duration of the warranty and service period.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@automatedhome.ae. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
